I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aurecon
Interview
Time between initial application and receiving a call from the recruiter was over three weeks. The hiring manager was based in a different state so I undertook a phone interview. Was advised that the manager would be on leave for the following two weeks but candidates would be shortlisted for second round interviews during that time. I have not heard from them again even though I have sent two follow up emails. This was for a senior position, so I'm very disappointed that I didn't even receive an email to let me know that I was unsuccessful.

Interview
Interview with several members of the business development team, answered questions about my past and the role. Was a a fairly normal interview in that respect. Some situational questions about times in which I have demonstrated particular qualities.

Interview
Great at asking you questions. They will make you a job offer. If you ask questions about the offer, they will take it back. You will be told that you are phony yet they will not offer any evidence that states their opinion of you. It appears all they do is make phony job offers. This is not a way to treat employees who want to work for your company. This isn't fostering human achievement. It is fostering human stupidity.
