One interview, I was interviewed by 4 people. At the end of my interview I had to show them my phlebotomy skills by drawing on a fake arm. Each person asked me a few questions and all wrote notes while I answered the question.

Question 1
We've all had to break rules from time to time, name one time you broke the rules and what did you do. That was one of questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ascension in Oct 2014
Interview
Had initial HR call to gauge interest. Following this, took an Excel test and Business case study, where business scenario is given and questions follow. A week after this, had two scheduled phone interviews (via ATT conference). The first, I waited 15 minutes before the recruiter joined the call to say my interviewer was running late and asked if I would wait. After 35-40 minutes elapsed time, the recruiter told me the interview was not going to happen. The second interview, with a different individual, I waited on for 15 minutes before someone at my office called to remind them of the interview. Before beginning, my interviewer mentioned they were getting into a car. Based on that, I didn't feel a lot of attention was paid.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Ascension in Jul 2014
Interview
This was a fairly straightforward process. The recruiter contacted me based on a recommendation from a contact within the hospital and set up an initial phone screen - typical questions during this interview. After the phone screen, there was an Excel and Business Case that required about an hour each. They weren't overly difficult but it would be wise to brush up on these two topics so as to be prepared.
I was asked to come to the St. Louis office, where I had four interviews (some with multiple people). Again, the questions were fairly standard and everyone was quite cordial. They will want to see some of your past work and you should certainly be prepared to answer some hypothetical business questions.
After the on-site, there was a final phone interview with a senior leader at the company - this was more of a get-to-know-you because, by that point, they have an idea of whether they like you or not.
Overall, a pleasant experience. The only negative aspect was the time commitment needed - the process covered several months, and each interview was roughly an hour or more in length.

Question 1
The Excel test was not difficult necessarily, but it is a bit pressure-packed, as someone is watching you complete the exercise so it adds a layer of scrutiny. It requires use of some nested formulas, if statements, pivot tables, etc., but more so the challenge is completing it in time and making it look nice with someone watching.
