Appirio interview questions

Pathetic is the word comes into my mind when I think of Appirio interview process. Got a mail from a recruiter about one day drive at their office, applied leave to attend their process as Jaipur has very limited options when it comes to Job switching. The process started after 1:30 hrs then mentioned time. The first round was very simple as they have only salesforce skilled persons with basic Java knowledge. After that there is a pause of 1 hour, Second round is "cultural behavior round", in which interviewer asked about situational problems. After clearing that round last round was hiring manager round, for which they made candidates to wait for more than 2 hours. Hiring manager just asked "Why Salesforce" which has been already asked 10-15 times and about the background. After all those rounds, the hiring manager asked "are you expecting any hike on your current salary". I was amazed. After that recruiter called about package negotiation, but they are really really bad in responses. They will never reply you not on mail even. *Please respect candidates time*

I interviewed through off campus in other college.the first round was technical round questions choice was given that whether we want to take c/c++ or java then gd and personal interview.
