In todays job market you must be competitive. Think shock and awe don't be afraid to be a LITTLE cocky. Don't be conceaded be convinced. Always dress a step above what you are applying for. Use the power of the internet to find out as much as you can about who you are applying to. Not just the company but the person conducting the interview and the person making the hiring decision. You have one objective to get a 2nd interview and be SURE to send a thank you note.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
in person panel interview describing job roles and job duties. Phone interview as well. Be prepared to present a positive image of yourself and your work and be appropriately groomed and dressed.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Aberdeen, SD) in Apr 2014
Interview
Submitted resume and received a call from the regional manager the following day. We scheduled the interview for later in the week. The interview would be better classified as a good conversation and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Question 1
There was not one. However, I was very disappointed as the interviewer insisted that he would contact me either way when he made his decision.
