I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness
Interview
There were two interviews. The first one was with the store manager. The second was with someone who holds a similar position that I was applying for. They are not very organized. Both interviews went well. I sent a thank you letter for the 2nd interview. After two weeks I actually sent a follow-up email In proper format. I was told at the interview -I would hear back either way and a tentative time I would start. I have heard nothing after reaching out twice . To be honest I only applied because health is something I’m passionate about. I have a degree and currently work from home. I knew it was a job that was not going to pay much. But I thought it would be something I was interested in. I think it’s unprofessional to not contact somebody after a second in person interview.

Interview
Had a phone interview with the franchise owner that lasted about an hour, he then scheduled an interview in-person. I went in to speak to him the next day, he went over the position, asked if I had any questions, texted me the next day to offer me the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness in Aug 2017
Interview
Standard interview process. A few questions were asked and then were answered. Once that's passed there's a trial shift to do. There aren't any tests you need to do beforehand. The trial shift is more of a way to get a feel for the job.
