I applied online. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Dickinson, ND) in Sep 2023
Interview
First "interview" was a short phone call to confirm interest. Second interview was over zoom with the regional manager I believe. Third was at the facility I will hopefully be working at.

I applied online. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Pearl, MS)
Interview
It was easy. They just asked about my availability, where do I see myself in 5 years, and to tell them about myself. I was also asked how weird do I think I am on a scale from 1-10, but I guess she was just trying to be funny.

Interview
Decent, Casual Conversation: The interview started with a decent and casual conversation, which is often a good sign. This suggests that the interviewer may have been trying to put you at ease and create a comfortable atmosphere for the interview. Role-Play Sales Session: The inclusion of a role-play sales session in the interview indicates that the company is keen to assess your practical skills and how you perform in real-life scenarios. This can be both challenging and informative for candidates. Engaging Interviewer: The fact that the interviewer was engaging suggests that they were actively involved in the interview process. They may have asked probing questions, listened attentively to your responses, and perhaps provided feedback or additional information. This is generally a positive sign as it indicates a thorough evaluation. Slightly Impatient: The mention of the interviewer being slightly impatient could be a mixed signal. It's possible that they had a tight schedule or were trying to see how you handle pressure. On the other hand, impatience can make candidates nervous, which might not be the best way to assess their true potential.
