I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (Chino Hills, CA)
Interview
Basic, straightforward interview. Past experience, why you would be a good fit. Do you have any upcoming vacations. What certifications do you have. Biggest strength and weakness. You will typically meet with the manager and owner, both are hot heads and do have unreasonable expectations of a perfect fit. Be prepared to be a slave to the gym if you're hired.

It was very easy. There were three interviews conducted: there was one phone interview, then one zoom interview, and then finally, one in person interview where you meet the staff.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anytime Fitness (River Falls, WI)

One phone screening and one in person interview with live skills assessment/demo. Took the manager through a quick workout and acted as a personal trainer with a basic exercise to analyze my coaching style
The interview was very friendly, and they were very understanding and open-minded. The staff was very understanding regarding my situation being a student and said that they will still keep me in mind when I am done with school.
