Interview
It is a long interview process, but the part I was not happy and I believe was not productive, was the "on site virtual interview" ~7hours interview with different teams spread in two days while working in your current position, was insane.
The thing u believe was not helpful, the fact that they were asking the same o similar question again and again, I believe making on site as it used to be makes sense but in a virtual environment through Virtua meetings, they are just burning the candidate plus not every candidate could take time off for 7 hours interview (that was me, for example).
