Interview
The interview process is simple
1. Coding assessment followed by the Leadership principle test
2. 2-3 coding round with LeetCode style questions. Practice all the LeetCode Amazon questions.
3. System design round

Interview
Application & Recruiter Screen: You apply online or via referral. A recruiter may reach out for an initial call to check fit and explain next steps.
Online Assessment (for many roles): Often includes coding challenges, work style assessments, or situational judgment tests.
Phone/Virtual Interviews: Usually 1–2 technical or behavioral interviews. For technical roles, expect coding questions on data structures and algorithms.
Onsite / Final Loop: 3–5 back-to-back interviews covering coding, system design (for senior roles), and Amazon’s Leadership Principles through behavioral questions.
Debrief & Offer: Interviewers submit feedback, the hiring manager makes a decision, and if successful, you get an offer.
