I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Londra, Inghilterra) in May 2022
Interview
First had to complete phone interview with the hiring manager where we spoke mainly about my past experience, with some competency questions, then a written assessment where I had to respond to a customer request for memorandum, then 5 1 hour long interviews over 1 day. One of the things I was told by the recruiter talk about data points to act as evidence as much as I can, but I struggled with this at times as my examples were bid related, and I couldn't get in numbers as evidence, only general feedback that I've been given, which seemed to not go down well.
Also, I was told to use the STAR method, and I think at times I didn't because of nerves. If I did it again, I would follow this for every question to stop me waffling.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and how you've got to where you are today.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Jul 2022
Interview
I was told up front that there would be seven, 1-hour interviews and 2 take-home assignments to complete. I completed the initial recruiter interview, and the first peer interview before withdrawing my application. In the second interview, I was told that I would be on a team of 11 proposal managers that support more than 4,000 sales reps. That's a completely unrealistic ratio with an unsustainable work load.

Question 1
Amazon has a convoluted interview process with a number of core attributes that they want their employees to have. You have to prepare at least three specific examples from your past achievements that demonstrate how you embody each core attributes. They will quiz you on it and it's ridiculous.
