the interview process lasted 5 rounds of technical and behavioral questions and went smoothly. all the interviewers were coorperative and supportive. The final loop was exhaustive and offered a lot of opportunity to learn. sadly couldnt make it.

technical troubleshooting, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. Expect questions on OS (Windows/macOS), networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN), and hardware, alongside situational questions about handling angry users, prioritizing tickets, and managing technical issues
It was a lengthy process as the interview lasts throughout the day, but it was still good nonetheless. The questions weren't too difficult, but situational interview prompts like "name a time you went above and beyond" may be subjective.
It was a lengthy process and you will have to block out a full day when these interviews are conducted or break them up. Overall, it was easy with some difficult questions but please emphasize Customer Obsession.
