I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Stoccolma, )
Interview
The interview is based on the principal of constantly "raising the bar" - hiring people who are better than at least 50% of the existing employees. Amazon wants to understand the real experience managing different type of situations and then compare it with Amazon LPs. You are interviewed by 5 people one by one, they later consolidate their impressions and agree on the conclusion. It is very exhausting process need to stay focused and energised, using STAR methodology.
