You will be asked questions about your problem-solving skills and IT knowledge for 5 hours. These questions are questions encountered in real situations and can be prepared in advance by searching the Internet.

Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, applied to role and a few weeks later received an invite to do an online assessment; had work simulation questions and the technical part based on area(s) you select. After passing OA, did the loop interviews then got an offer. Loop interview had four interviews, two behavioral based on the LPs and two technical based on Linux, networking and one coding question(not expected to actually code, just explain solution)

Linux and Networking based questions. For behavioral questions, prepare stories in advance for relevant LPs (you can ask your recruiter which ones) and answer in STAR method. Don't lie and remember anything you say is fair game. Have metrics to quantify your impact and demonstrate how you got those metrics.

The process is long but eye opener. Firstly, they will prep you on what to expect and guide you on what topics to prepare. Then you will be asked questions based on your background. Overall it is a great process
