Had an introductory interview with HR. Then, had an hour technical interview. I then failed the first round. The interview experience was ok. They asked general programming questions. Most people should be able to answer them

It was thorough, and made it feel like they were interested in you as a person. There were 2 interviews, and psychometric testing, including testing on how well you know the AWS leadership principles.
