I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Long and grueling. 3 months all in. I changed recruiters twice and had to be prepped to answer questions in the star format so i wouldn’t “fail” their test. Remember the way a company interviews you gives you a lot of insight into the culture and how they will be on the inside which I found especially true in this instance.
