Recruiter screen. Recruiter prep call. Peer interview call. Then a 5-hour 5-interviewer Loop. I prepared no less than 20 stories from my background aligned to 20+ potential questions they were likely to ask, and I utilized a good 75% of that content which was helpful. Check out YouTube videos on how Amazon hires. Ultimately, recruiter called me back to let me know I would not be receiving an offer. Zero feedback. When I asked the recruiter I was told they do not give feedback as policy.
