There was no formal interview. I showed up for an info session and was basically processed same day. It was a group event in a hotel. I filled out some paperwork and had a photo taken for a badge.
There was no interview so it was very easy! The hiring process was very easy. This was for a basic warehouse job. I did interview for some higher level positions, and those interviews were quite difficult, and they take a lot of preparation. But as for the warehouse jobs, nearly anyone will be accepted!
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Wichita, KS) in Jun 2022
