Very easy a small test before the interview that can be googled. Process is very simple. Make sure to tell them about any holidays booked prior to joining as they can be quiet funny about it when you join so it’s good to let the recruiter know.

Interview
Just apply online and have a group "interview" where you are shown a presentation about the different roles. They'll take your badge ID and drug test you there. You aren't really asked any real interview questions.

Interview
Typical interview where they ask basic questions, fill out tax information and sometimes take saliva drug test. Historically they havent been able to help with many shift changes or know much about the Op on a micro scale. One downside of almost all Amazon corporate employees is they don't care or aren't too interested beyond what their duties say, i.e., they're not passionate about what they do or curious why things are this way and what they bring to table. That's why I go work as Warehouse associate, put in my x hours, keep to myself and let the company run itself.
