Interview
It was quick and they are very patient. They let you know about the position and let us decide if it was for us. We were told about the whole process and given a tour.

Interview
Hiring Event, basically if you showed up and passed the drug test, you got the job.
Was put in a room with about 10 other people. An employee explained very little about what the job was. Watched a video that also barely told us anything. Took an oral drug test, filled out availability sheets, and was told that if we passed the drug test we would receive an email.
A week later I got an email stating that I needed to make an appointment fill out an I-9 form at a select location.
Everything after that was done online/email. Online Training, safety courses, forms, orientation, and scheduling a start date. Had no contact with anyone until my official start date.
On start date, we did a mini safety training, and then was shown around the warehouse. A smaller group paired up with a supervisor and was shown what to do in our assigned areas. The 2nd day we were thrown in by ourselves.

Question 1
Mark your preferred availability. The availability you don't prefer, but will work if your top picks are unavailable. And leave the shifts you CANNOT work blank.

Interview
You just fill out some paperwork, provide your ID, and take a quick drug test - it's that simple and easy. No questions were asked outside your availability for shifts.
