Amazon Sortation Associate interview questions

There was no actual interview. You played 3 "games" on the application to determine if you are a good fit for Amazon. The "games" were: Tetris, putting products on the correct shelves, and filling an order bag. If you did well on the "games," then you were allowed to choose your start date and preferred shift.

The interview was very informal, and was pretty much a group orientation. There was no one on one process, only group presentation and drug test. The dress for this event is extremely casual.
