Amazon Software Development Engineer SDE I interview questions

I recently completed the Online Assessment for the Google SDE role. It included two LeetCode medium-level questions one based on the sliding window technique and the other involving hash map implementation and optimization. Overall, it tested coding logic and efficiency.

1. Online Assessment (OA) Purpose: Screen for problem-solving and coding skills. Format: 1–2 coding problems (usually arrays, strings, trees, graphs, dynamic programming) Sometimes a debugging or multiple-choice question (optional) Time: ~60–120 minutes Language: Java, C++, Python, etc. Tips: Focus on time and space complexity. Practice LeetCode Easy/Medium problems and Amazon-specific tags.
