Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiter followed by an online video call. I prepared a lot for Amazon's Leadership Principles. I was asked some technical questions, maybe 5, and then 2 questions about Amazon's LPs.

Question 1
Describe a time where you managed a conflict between stakeholders.
The interview process started with asking challenges faced in your workplace followed by a scenario where you were asked to design a app. The interviewer did not bother to introduce the team for which the position is being hired for, neither did she ask me to introduce myself, she just started. She herself was not clear about her ask and wanted to hear specific words which she had in her mind. It was clearly visible that she lacked maturity to conduct an interview and assess a candidate who is already having 20+ years of experience.

I had a meeting with a Senior Colleague (Senior Software Developer). He started by introducing himself and the team, and proceeded with questions about Amazon Leadership Principles. The last 10min of the interview were dedicated to my questions/ doubts
