I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Istanbul) in Mar 2024
Interview
My Amazon application process, which took about two months, unfortunately, wasn't a positive experience. The initial language barrier with the recruiter and lack of clarity about the role from interviewers, including a seemingly disinterested and cold regional manager, made it frustrating. While most interviews were okay, the repetitive nature and focus on a specific answer format (STAR) felt robotic and didn't assess my actual skills or past experiences. This interview process can be effective, but unfortunately, my experience felt overly rigid and formulaic. After six interviews, an assignment, and numerous calls, a really brief phone call informed me they wouldn't proceed without any explanation or response to follow-up emails. Basically, I was ghosted by Amazon. Given this experience, I wouldn't recommend any product person to apply Amazon Turkey.

What is the most innovative project you’ve ever worked on
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Oct 2023
Interview
Brief screening interview with recruiter, hour long interview with hiring manager, in depth interviews with hiring committee, and then a debrief with the recruiter. It was pretty standard and straightforward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you faced a difficult prioritization decision. How did you gather the information you needed to make the decision and how did you inform your stakeholders about the decision.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Varsavia, Masovia) in May 2023
Interview
The interview was very short and followed quite strictly the STAR method. Takes a lot of preparation to think through and prepare examples, cases etc.
They are quick to get back to you which is always nice.
