Amazon Senior Project Manager interview questions

The interview process revolves around the STAR method interview, it is important to stick to the structure of Situation, Task, Action and Result. Usually you'll be doing a presentation with the interviewer and then they'll ask for you to describe two situations using STAR. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask your own questions.

Easy, mostly behavioral with lots of follow ups. I would say this is influenced by it being an intern position. Would say to read up on amazon leadership principals. Anything beyond that, the interviewers were really nice, though I had one not show up to an interview and had to reschedule.
