I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Telephonic rounds followed by in person multiple rounds. They will evaluate you on their leadership principles through examples. Be prepared to know all the Amazon leadership principles and have examples of how you exhibited those behaviors. They believe in the STAR model of describing any situation that has occurred. There will also be someone who is a bar raiser - you won’t know who they are. But they are there to evaluate if you can raise the level of the group that you join.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you didn’t have all the information you needed to launch a product but you went ahead anyway.
Behavioral, mostly "tell me about a time" questions. These will include your past experiences but it is critical to tie them to the Amazon company principles. It is super important to go very deep into the details as the jnterviewer will also prompt to go deeper.
