4. Behavioral
Events technical rounds had two behavioral questions based on Amazon’s leadership principles. You can ask the recruiter which leadership principles to focus on.
OA -> phone (tech) -> 3x tech VO -> offer
some behavioral questions asked in the tech, basic LP related questions
OA was personality/behavioral related, and VO was mainly leetcode, nothing from tagged.
I applied online and received an online assessment that needs to be completed within 7 days. The OA takes a total of about 2.5 hours: 90 minutes for coding, consisting of two questions. The first is an algorithm coding problem, and the second is a practical debugging task, involving both frontend and backend components with API POST and DELETE calls. Once you locate the backend POST API, you can find the place to work on it, while the DELETE API calls require more detailed fixes. I ran out of time on both questions. In my opinion, the assessment seems to have been upgraded this year. The behavioral tests are not timed, so you can take a short break for water or restroom.
