I had a very mid interview experience. I first had an OA in December, and got the invitation to the onsite in mid January. The interview loop was all going to be in one day, but one interviewer couldn't make it and ended up rescheduling twice. The interviews consisted of medium leetcode questions, simple system design, and leadership principle questions.

I have an online assessment scheduled for this role, which is an important step in the selection process. The assessment is divided into four sections that will comprehensively evaluate my skills and fit for the position.
1. Coding Round: This section will assess my programming abilities through a series of coding challenges, where I'll need to demonstrate both my technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
2. Work Simulation: This section will present realistic workplace scenarios where I need to apply my knowledge and decision-making skills to solve problems typical of the role.
3. Behavioral Round: During this phase, I will answer questions aimed at understanding my past experiences, work style, and how I handle various situations in the workplace.
