Amazon Non Software Development Engineer interview questions

The Amazon interview process includes an online application, recruiter screening, assessments, and multiple rounds of behavioral and technical interviews focused on Leadership Principles, problem-solving, and role-specific expertise. Technical interview was very easy asking me leetcode questions.

I have an online assessment scheduled for this role, which is an important step in the selection process. The assessment is divided into four sections that will comprehensively evaluate my skills and fit for the position. 1. Coding Round: This section will assess my programming abilities through a series of coding challenges, where I'll need to demonstrate both my technical skills and problem-solving capabilities. 2. Work Simulation: This section will present realistic workplace scenarios where I need to apply my knowledge and decision-making skills to solve problems typical of the role. 3. Behavioral Round: During this phase, I will answer questions aimed at understanding my past experiences, work style, and how I handle various situations in the workplace. Finally, there will be a brief survey to gather feedback on my experience with the assessment and provide any additional information that may be relevant to my application. Overall, I feel that these elements will provide a well-rounded view of my suitability for the position.
