Amazon Sr. Project Manager interview questions

After shortlist I was asked to take an online assessment which was followed by a phone screening call with the HR. The interview was okay and I was told that Amazon will communicate back in 2 business days. After getting no updates for a week, I reached out to the HR over email, no response. This is highly unprofessional. But then, such is Amazon these days, lots of chest thumping on customer obsession and leadership principles, but doesn't even have basic professional etiquette.
