Interview
I'm an MBA and interviewed as part of an On-Campus-Recruitment process. Amazon conducted 5 interviews in two days and the process was efficient. Mostly FIT question, all related to the Amazon leadership principles. No surprises. I have a good impression of the company after the interview rounds and their employees seems to be a diverse group (in a good way).
