It begins with a recruiter screen to assess your experience, interest, and LP alignment. This is followed by one phone screen interview that combine behavioral questions with HR kind of questions.
The final stage is the “loop,” consisting of five virtual interviews with cross-functional leaders. Each round lasts about 45–60 minutes and includes deep dives into product vision, prioritization, stakeholder management, and technical feasibility, along with behavioral questions tied to LPs. One interviewer serves as the “Bar Raiser,” ensuring candidates meet Amazon’s high hiring standards. After all interviews, feedback is consolidated by a hiring committee, which makes the final decision before extending an offer.
