What would you do if you found out your closest friend at work was stealing?

The interviewer was really in a hurry to ask about the details. But questions were quite straightforward. Also they helped me solve the problem as I made sure to involve them through out the discussion of the question.

3 rounds of virtual onsite interviews in one day. Each round start with BQ and then a coding question. One interviewer came late about 10 minutes and dig deep with the resume without BQ, then he said he doesnot know what my solution means(a simply topological sorting)
