The whole process is pretty impersonal though, you don't have a personal recruiter and have to contact the student programs email, but they're not good at replying.

Interview
There was a 3 Stage OA, then 1 hour long phone screen as a final round. The OA had a behavioral section that involved leadership principles. The first OA was tough due to speed constraints.
OA -> SDE day in the life simulator -> Interview. The interview consisted of some behavioral questiond and then a few technicals. The technicals were generally leetcode med and easy. Learn leadership principles.
