Kept asking about the data about 5 times. Didn't really listen to what I was saying but kept just asking "tell me more, tell me more."
It felt like they weren’t actually engaging with my answers, just repeating the same prompt.
There was no real follow-up or connection to what I had just shared.
I ended up repeating myself because they weren’t processing or acknowledging anything I said.
There was initial screening followed by a loop with hiring managers focused on the leadership principles. The main focus was to learn about candidates prior experience. STAR method to answer questions is important.

The interview process revolves around the STAR method interview, it is important to stick to the structure of Situation, Task, Action and Result. Usually you'll be doing a presentation with the interviewer and then they'll ask for you to describe two situations using STAR. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to ask your own questions.
