Mit der Einladung zum Gespräch wurde gleich ein Infoblatt zum Fragesystem, die Leadership principles und ein Zeitplan geschickt.
Ich wusste zumindes theoretisch was auf mich zukommt.
Der Ablauf war wie im Plan angegeben.
Werksführung, kurzer Mathe-Test und insgesamt 4 Einzelgespäche.
Klingt erst mal viel, ist aber auf Grund der angenehmen Atmosphere nicht schlimm.
3 der 4 Gesprächspartner waren potetielle Kollegen bzw. Vorgesetzte. Neben den allgemeinen Fragen zur Erfahrung und dem Lebenslauf wurden immer Fragen mit Fokus auf die Principles gestellt.

Question 1
Ein Principle ist, je nach Situation schnell zu handeln und ein gewisses Risiko in kauf nehmen. Waren Sie schon einmal in so einer Situation? Wie haben Sie gehandelt, was war das Ergebnis?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
