Program Management - 1. If your manager wants you to deliver a program but you are not getting any engineer, then how will you approach.
it is good experience. The interviewer are polite and respectful. They would ask many questions like "tell me a time when..." and might drill down a bit based on your responses.

If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.
