Interview
This was the easiest "interview" I have ever participated in. They did a background check, set up a cheek swab drug test, and told me when I could start.
The good thing was, all of the stress of the actual pieces of interviewing was eliminated. There were no questions to answer. The job is yours, if you want it.
On the other hand, this also does not give a prospective employee the opportunity to ask questions prior to starting.
What can I really say? It was an interview to be a delivery driver. I prepared as well as I could. The person who interviewed me was an employee of Amazon. They asked me questions about my qualifications for being a delivery driver.
Easy and flexible. The process was seamless and was moved into the training process quickly.My resume spoke for itself and the operation was new to the area so drivers were needed quickly.

Interview
Interview was very straightforward, applied online and got an AI text wanting to set up a time to come in. Came in and went over the details of the job, I was qualified from prior experience, so they gave me an offer later on that day.
