I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview went very smooth. Got some chance to ask the interviewers' experience. Some of them may give you useful advice that you can use when you actually start the role.

Question 1
Q: What do you do when you see an associate break the safety code during a busy period? What outcome do you want?
The interviewer mentioned this is a killer question, so I think people should mainly prepare for this question. If you do not give a decent answer, then you will get rejected; otherwise, you will get the offer.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
