No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.

Long wait times after application is submitted. Single in-person screening and hiring orientation at station if you are selected based on resume. Very convenient and straightforward process that doesn't leave much unanswered for the new hires.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
