My first and only round was a screen call Interview, which was 45 Minutes long with a recruiter. The Recruiter was very friendly and professinial. The whole interview was entirely in English, even when I applied for a position in Germany.

1. Describe a situation when your work was criticized and how you responded. 2. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for at least 100 employees. Do you have experience leading a large team? 3. Describe your approach to coaching, managing, and developing others.
Recruiter reached out to me and we set up a meeting, she was friendly. Had to follow up a few times to get a timeline of how things are going, but overall was a positive experience.
