Thorough, Non-biased, STAR interview format, 5 separate interviewers in 2 days. A lot of material is available online to help you understand the leadership principles. Understand the company culture and have examples with data ready to go to talk about that relate to each leadership principle.
Recruiter reached out to me and we set up a meeting, she was friendly. Had to follow up a few times to get a timeline of how things are going, but overall was a positive experience.
