Harder interview then normal. STAR format for answers in questions is necessary. Employees who interview you are very straight forward with what to expect from the position, company and your managers.

Question 1
Name a time you faced a hard situation. Also a math flow problem, this website helped a lot in prepping for the interview.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
