Interview
Extremely casual to the point where you feel like you are talking to yourself. Post interview, the wait for acceptance or rejection took months, although I was eventually offered the job, I had to decline due to another opportunity which arose.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
