Overall process took 2 months.
1st interview with Amazon recruiter.
2nd with a peer team member and technical.
3rd with a peer based in another country and very in-depth around experience.
4th with the team lead and a mix of technical and personality.
5th with someone unrelated to the role or department and more behavioural.
Interviews 3-5 are focused on the Amazon principles where they pick one subject and go very deep with the questions.
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
