I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in May 2014
Interview
Applied online and received and phone call within days to start the process. This call was a feeling out process to determine interest, capabilities and of origin of application. A second call was an actual interview where I had to detail my experiences and answer questions like, "why amazon" & " tell me about a problem that you fixed". There was also a fairly easy math flow question about labor staffing. I was scheduled for an in person interview in Breinigsville, PA. There were about ten people being interviewed. We took a plant tour and met with three Ops managers and one HR manager. The interview seemed to be about personality traits and direct management experience. It was a fairly difficult and thorough process.

Question 1
Some questions were repeated, but in different ways. I felt like I was done if I answered slightly differently.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
