The interview was very technical. They use the star method. My interviewer spent 10 minutes talking about himself and his positions. They were looking more for personality characteristics rather than previous experience in the workplace. A lot of questions around âwhat would you do ifâ.

Interviews can seem difficult though follow the STAR method for all answers and always use data. Also knowledge of the leadership principles is a plus and incorporate them in your examples .
