A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, she sent me a questionnaire asking about my previous experience. She set up my onsite interview a month later. Face to Face interviews were canceled because of the Corona Virus scare. I had my series of interviews over Amazon Chime. I had three 45 minute interviews with three different people

They are all behavioral questions using the STAR method, if you are familiar please use it. The entire series of interviews are based on this as well as the 14 Leadership Principles at Amazon. Please do you your research beforehand and you will be fine.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
