I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly easy. I applied online at the end of October or beginning of November and was immediately asked to complete a personality/behavior assessment. I didn't hear anything back until the beginning of February when I got an email saying that they had an interview slot available the following week in Dallas. They flew me out to Dallas for a very short interview - it consisted of a site tour and 2 45-minute interviews. The interview was Thursday morning/afternoon and I received an offer by Saturday evening.

Question 1
Two employees, who have different area managers, carpool together and are 30 minutes late to work. You are one employee's manager and record her tardiness and dock her pay. The other employee's manager does not dock his pay. Your employee is upset that she was docked but the other employee wasn't. How do you handle the situation?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
