After three telephone interview followed assessment day with four separate interview and then unit tour. HR department was professional unfortunately if you are 40 or older your chance get any manager job is zero. Company is run by kids and if you are older don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
