They asked me about myself to tell them about my past customer service experience and weaknesses and strengths. Then they asked why they should hire me. The interview was one on one with a manager and was relatively easy but I still didn't get hired

Tell me about yourself and why should they hire me
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
