J'ai ensuite été contacté par mail pour un entretien téléphonique de 45 min avec un KAM.

- 20 min de questions (anglais et français 50-50%)

Parlez moi d'une expérience où vous aviez des objectifs et êtes allés beaucoup plus loin?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
